8 Things

1. Baby Kaity finally walking alone...although not walking keeps her a baby longer...
2. Getting garden done
3. No wind and warmer weather...I can dream cant I?
4. The Second Coming
5. Finally getting into shape!!!
6. Doing fun things with kids during summer
7. Figuring out what is going on with Chris's hearing.
8. Hearing Kaitlynn say "I Love You, Mommy"

8 things I did yesterday:
1. Got Chris up and ready and to school
2. Babysat my sweet nieces for my sister in law
3. Helped son FINALLY de-crap his room!! UGH
4. Made dinner.
5. Got a killer ear infection and/or sinus infection
6. Kissed my hubby and babies
7. Cleaned up my room
8. Called some docs and school about sons newest hearing tests.

8 things I wish I could do: (do I only get 8?)
1. Sew
2. Be a better cook
3. Do creative things
4. Be a better mommy!!
5. Be healthier and fit
6. Figure this whole "girlie" thing out...I stink at it...LOL...
7. Be more patient...Especially with my little Kennedy...I really need to do better with her.
8. See my children the way Heavenly Father sees them. I try.

Advice???

Well not much has been happening..well interesting anyway. The only thing I was thinking about putting on here is wanting to know if anyone had any advice for me about my Kennedy. She is struggling with being the middle child and I am not sure how to help her right now. Kennedy is very much the alpha female anyway...but she is really struggling with something lately. She has started pulling her hair out!!! In chunks. I feel so bad. I just dont know what to do for her. Her behavior has also been worse then normal LOL. And she has been starting to be a bit mean to Kaitlynn. Pinching her and smacking the back of her head when she thinks no one is looking. Taking toys away and yelling at her. I want to help Kennedy, to make her feel better. But at the same time I have to protect Kaitlynn and I cant let Kennedy get away with being so mean. I feel like she needs to be disaplined for her wrong behavior, but dont know how to do it when it comes to what she has done if it involves the baby because that seems to be her sore spot anyway. Soooo UGH. I am kind of at a loss. So any advice would help.

Can you believe my luck???

Ok...so I offically had a crappy week!!! And I am not sad its coming to an end LOL. On Monday night about midnight (ok I guess that is Tuesday huh?) I woke up and started feeling yucky. Didnt sleep at all that night. Was walking around, messing on the computer to try and take my mind off of my stomach..to no avail. About 9am ish..I was really hurting..and by now I was figuring it was yet another gallbladder attack. Those sweet things!!! UGH. So about 11am I am wanting to literally just die it was hurting so bad. I have had 3 babies and would gladly do those all over again with no epidurals if I didnt have to do that stinkin gallbladder pain. Nothing compares to it!! So I call Tim about that time (he is at work) to take me to the ER. I just had a feeling something was really wrong. Cause they do suck everytime you have them, but they managed to go away after a really long night and this time it just wasnt and the pain was getting worse.
So Tim's sister, Ashley, poor thing. Drove me to the hospital, with me literally crying and just rolling back and forth in such pain that I wasnt breathing so well by the time we finally got there. Poor girl heard one too many cuss words on that trip. Couldnt help it though.
They take me back immeditally. I have to say the ER staff and did a great job with me. They did their best to me taken care of fast!!! They did an ultrasound (and that is just weird to have and not see a baby in there LOL). Confirmed the gallstones. Did bloodwork. All that jazz. Got me some pain meds!!! Hallaulla!! I could swear I heard the choir singing.
The surgical doc came and talked to us (well not so much me..cause I well pretty well dopey by that time LOL). Said my gallbladder was too infected to even operate, and had to wait until the next day..he wanted me upstairs pronto and pumped full of antibiotics!!
Sooo Wednesday afternoon..they took me back and took that aweful thing out!! Doc said it was horrible. It was swollen and thick from all the infection. Full of stones and all the pain was from stones what were stuck in the gallbladder's "neck" so they could pass. Or whatever it is they do. Sooo all my lab work was off. Was getting pancratitis, white count was way too high and some other #'s were off too. As well as my blood pressure was too low!! So weird.
Anyway...so it was a fun filled week at the Marley's house. Glad its over. Glad to be home. My poor kids are all out of sorts since I have been home. Especially my poor Kaity. She screams if I even attempt to look out of her sight.
But I am feeling a little better. Just feel like I have been hit by a semi in the gut is all now!! LOL Anyway..just thought I would share my oh so impressive luck that I have been having LOL.

Ohh and my poor husband..it is his 30th birthday today. I feel like such a shulmb (made up my own word). We werent able to get anything put together for his birthday. And it was a big one to remember too!!! So if you see him..give him crap about being old LOL. I need to figure something out for my poor man!!!

That was so funny to listen to how they see things going on around them. And once again, Kennedy never ceases to amaze me!! LOL I tag all you awesome mommies!!!

Ohhh Kennedy...LOL

As many of you know...my Kennedy has one of the strongest yet funniest personalities I have ever seen. That child cracks me up on a daily basis and there is for sure never a dull moment!! She just might make me get grays prematurely!!! Well I just thought I would share a few things that she has said lately!! I swear I need to write a book!! Well the other day when are weather was really yucky and we had those nasty clouds...we were driving into town (that still makes me laugh to say!), and she says "Mom those clouds are rotten! Heavenly Father needs to throw those away and get new ones". I proceeded to giggle in the front seat!
Walking down an isle at Walmart, she just out of blue and totally straight faced and serious, and not so softly mind you...tells me "Mom I need to fart" Couldnt help but laugh, but really really tried not to LOL.
Kennedy was in the shower last night..I stepped out to get a towel for her, and I hear a few things fall (it was some of her toys she had on the side of the tub), then I hear "Oh crap! Damn things".
Tonight she decided to try and change the batteries in her GameBoy while I was nursing the baby. Never a good thing when she gets quite!! So after I laid the baby in her crib and come out to the living room..Kennedy comes out with 3 batteries in her hands and tells me "I switched the guts in my GameGirl. This one is dirty and this one is the clean one. I grabbed to many guts for my GameGirl." LOL Not sure what she totally meant. But the GameGirl cracked me up.
Awhile back...but still one of my favorite things she has said..we were at Sam's Club. They had those little samples stands and it was cream puffs. She took a sample of it, and this pretty large lady comes and takes 2 or 3 of them and proceeds to eat them. And of course, Kennedy just cant help herself....says.."Lady you should only take one, your bum is too big"!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that child. I just wanted to die!! And of course it was just her and I there. I wanted to play the "Where is your mother?" game LOL
Anyway that is just a teeny tiny bit of funny and off beat things my little Kennedy says. She never ceases to amaze me or give me a dull day!!

1.Where were you when you first found out you were pregnant? At home...woke up way early...like 5 am and just had the feeling that I should take the test! Weird huh

19.Who or what got on your nerves?I hated the smell of Doritos!! UGH
20.Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? I went into preterm labor a few times with him and had to be on meds to control the contractions, had him 3 weeks early
21.Where and when did you go into labor? St. Lukes in Boise. I went into labor while I was nannying for a doc. My water was leaking...went to hospital...had him 6 hours later.
22.Did your water break? Yeah..right when I got into my room.
23.Who drove you to the hospital? Tim
24.Who was in the room when you gave birth? Tim and my mom, doc, student doc and nurses
25.Did you go early or late? Early - by 3 weeks
26.How long were in labor for? Started labor at 2:30pm and he was born at 7:43pm!! Not quit 6 hours
27.Did you have any drugs for the pain? Epidural. They made me have it cause I had a reaction to the pitocin and my contractions were bothering Chris and myself as well.
28.Did you go natural or have a C-section? Natural
29.What was your first reaction after giving birth? I said "Holy shit I just had a baby!!" Its on video tape..nice eh...it was just such a weird feeling...physically and mentally.
30.How big was the baby? 6lbs 8oz 19 1/2 inches
31.Did your husband cry? - Ummm I think he got a little teary eyed
32.What did you name the baby?Christofer Peyton
33.Does her name have any significant meaning? Christofer is Tim's best friend who passed away and Peyton is my maiden name.
34.Did you have any visitors? yep. Both sets of parents..sister in law, brothers, Tims little sibs. Friends
35.Did the baby have any complications? He had hypospadious that he had to get fixed when he was 7 months old
36.How old is your baby today? Just turned 7
37.When is the next one coming? The next 2 have already come. And our family is complete

Sorry so long..

Ok so I have been meaning to do another post..for Chris's 7th birthday and our 10th anniversary. But our stupid desk top isnt working so well and I wanted to scan in some pics. So hopefully I will get it done soon. I wanted to share some cute things about my sweet baby boy, who isnt a baby anymore. And somethings about my Timmy. So sorry for not getting a post done in awhile. Its been a long couple of weeks here..between losing our puppy, Shelby and Kennedy and I sharing the flu and the stomach bug for about a week and a half now. UGh. Soo needless to say..its been fun.
